Previous Policy: Decentralization and Local Government Policy Guidelines from 2006

These policy guidelines in were aproved in 2006 by the Council of Ministers to regulate the Ministry of State Administration's work towards preparing for decentralization. These regulations are now outdated as they have been replaced by the 2008 Policy Guidelines, however they are available for download for those who wish to compare the previous policy with the current policy.
