Vision

INAP aims to be a centre of excellence and the key training provider for civil servants at national and local government levels, and for community leaders to provide better service in all districts which in turn will enhance the quality of life of the citizens of Timor-Leste.

Mission

To strengthen INAP as a training institution for the Timor-Leste Civil Service to develop and build up the capacity of the civil servants and society in general of Timor-Leste to meet their needs in the areas of good governance, service delivery, information dissemination, gender awareness, community participation and consultation processes and administration.
