Key Result Areas/ Goals 

  • To provide a learning environment and training facilities of a high standard to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and skills to civil servants, community leaders and ultimately the public of Timor-Leste.
  • To improve service delivery in Public Service Sector at National and Local Government levels in Timor-Leste with regard to quantity, quality and frequency of training programs.
  • To build up INAP’s internal capability so that it can provide training programs and support to meet the current and future training needs of the Timor-Leste Civil Service.
  • To maintain high standards and encourage a culture of professionalism, commitment and accountability that reflects the values of the people of Timor-Leste.
  • To provide support to government policy that is concerned with human resource management and development.
