Structure

INAP is managed by a Director, Florindo Pereira, Ph.D who is responsible to the Minister of State Administration. Four departments operate at the Training Institute:
· Department of Administration and Finance;
· Department of Public Administration and Management;
· Department of Technical Function;
· Department of Planning, Research and Development.

These four departments lead several officers. Each officer handle different responsibility.
